Our qualified inspection engineer performed inspection on Weldoflange based on reference standards of ASME B31.1, B31.3, B16.5, ASME II , V , VIII , IX , DIN, AS/NZ standards etc. A visual test performed to identify surface porosity, cracks, and open structure defects. A dimensional inspection performed to confirm that the different types of flange, in this case its Weldoflange, Raised Face Weldoflange, Flat Face Weldoflange, etc. are manufactured according to the ASME Specification, that specifies the dimensions and indicates the design tolerances. A tensile test is conducted to test the yield strength, the tensile strength, and the elongation restrictions. A hardness test is conducted to check micro-hardness and surface hardness to confirm the acid environment performance and material performance. Magnetic particle inspection is performed to detect locating surface and near subsurface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials, if some surface cracks, folds, thrust fault, pit or gas hole.
