SS 321 is Titanium settled authentic SS with higher general corrosion resistance. its excellent resistance to intergranular attacks after exposure within the chromium carbide precipitation environments in temperatures 427 deg C to 816 deg C. SS 321 alloy maintains good oxidation to 816 deg C. it’s higher creep and stress rupture properties. Moreover, it also upholds excellent low-temperature toughness. SS 321H grade is a higher variant of the SS 321 grade. This grade is meant to boost creep resistance and for higher strength at temperatures up to 537 deg C. However, this alloy can’t be hardened by heat treatment operations. Only a cold working operation is applied to it. It is often effectively welded by standards welding operations. Moreover, all sort of standard shop fabrication process is used for processing.
